Standard shipping typically delivers orders within the U.S. between three to eight business days for $6.99. If you need your order in a hurry, expedited, overnight and international shipping are available for an additional cost. It’s easy to qualify for free shipping at BoxLunch.com. Simply place an order of at least $60 to receive free standard shipping automatically. If you live near a BoxLunch retail location, some orders are also eligible for in-store pickup.

If you’re not happy with your order, BoxLunch accepts returns in-store or by mail with a copy of the original receipt. Merchandise refunds are valid within 30 days of purchase, while collectible figure, bag and backpack refunds are valid within 7 days of purchase. If you receive defective merchandise, you have 90 days to make your return for a full refund. All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. If you need to make a return outside of the return window or without a receipt, BoxLunch may approve the return in the form of store credit at the current selling price instead.
