Store Pickup Perks
Kohl's rewards shoppers for choosing the store pickup option with $5 in Kohl's Cash. The company sometimes runs promos for additional savings on store pickup, such as $10 off on any order of at least $50. Kohl's sends the $5 Kohl's Cash reward through the confirmation email of a customer's order. Shoppers can only earn a $5 Kohl's Cash reward once every 24 hours.

Free Shipping
Kohl's provides free standard shipping on gift cards and orders of $75 or more. Excessively heavy packages may still have a shipping cost. Items that require special handling may also have shipping charges. Customers will be informed of what the shipping costs are before finalizing their orders.

Price Match Policy
Kohl's has a price match policy that will match in-store competitor prices and also the prices in other Kohl's locations. Advertised prices during the week of Thanksgiving and the week following Thanksgiving aren't eligible for being price matched. Customers must show a valid printout of the competitor product to a store associate for in-store price matching.

White Glove Delivery
Kohl's provides white glove delivery for residents in the contiguous U.S. when an item is too heavy or too large to be shipped through their regular carriers. The delivery workers will bring it inside the home and unpack it for the customer.
