Returns & Refund Policy

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. There is no fee for mail-in exchanges or returns made at Happy Returns or a Rothy's retail store. A $4.99 fee will be deducted from mail-in returns. Worn, washed or altered merchandise without tags cannot be accepted. Rothy’s does not accept returns on gift cards, gift for sale items or any items marked final sale.

Cancellation Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Rothy’s offers four different shipping methods. Free shipping, the default for all orders, takes five to seven business days, standard shipping is $8 and takes three to five business days, expedited shipping is $25 and takes two to three business days, and rush shipping is $35 and takes one to two business days.
