Returns & Refund Policy

Returns for standard size dresses and most accessories are accepted within 30 days of delivery, while jewelry and headpieces must be returned within seven days of delivery. Try-on dresses must be purchased or postmarked within seven days of delivery; try-on dress shipping costs are nonrefundable. Try-on dresses that have been purchased to keep are considered final sale. The company imposes a restocking fee, detailed in the Refund Policy page of the Azazie website. To qualify for a refund, items must meet the return conditions and eligibility outlined in the return policy. Refunds cover the item cost and applicable taxes, excluding shipping and rush fees, with the restocking fee deducted. The refund process commences upon receiving the return or within one to three business days if Happy Returns is used.

Cancellation Policy

The eligibility for order cancellations varies depending on the type of item purchased. For ready-made items like try-on dresses, ready-to-ship dresses, swatches, groomsmen accessories, 48-hour ship dresses and personalized jewelry, customers have a 30-minute window from the time of placing the order to cancel. For made-to-order items such as bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, wedding dresses and similar items, the cancellation window extends to 72 hours from the time of order placement.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The carrier for each order is automatically selected based on the shipping address and cannot be altered. Each item carries a processing time, excluding shipping time (one to 18 days depending on location, including U.S. territories). During checkout, customers receive an estimated delivery window based on the address and the processing time of the item. When finalizing an Azazie purchase, customers are requested to provide a business or residential address, as the delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding companies.
