The Zazzle return policy lets you return eligible products for a refund, replacement or credit within 30 days of receipt. Eligible products exclude face masks and face shields.

Returns can be initiated by contacting customer support within 30 days of receiving an order. Zazzle will send you a prepaid shipping label if your order arrived damaged or defective; otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping.
