If you’re not satisfied with your order, Tory Burch accepts returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise free of charge within 30 days of purchase. For online orders, you can choose to ship your return by mail or return it in-store to a Tory Burch boutique. All in-store purchases must be returned in-store.
