While StockX doesn't accept returns or exchanges, every purchase is supported by the Buyer Promise in case of errors such as shipping the wrong order or incorrectly verifying the authenticity of an item. To report an error, customers should submit a Buyer Promise Support Request form within 10 days of receiving the item. Eligibility for the Buyer Promise requires the item to be unworn, in its delivered condition, and with the StockX tag still attached. If StockX requests the item back, a resolution will be provided within approximately five business days from receiving your item.

Cancellation Policy

Buyers can withdraw or adjust their bid anytime until it matches a seller's ask. Once a seller agrees to the bid, the sale is final, so buyers should double check their bidding price before submitting. Once a seller accepts your bid, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For standard orders, a StockX seller processes the item and sends it to a shipping carrier for delivery to a StockX Verification Center. Sellers typically have two full business days (three for new releases; five for Supreme items) to complete the shipment. The process is expedited for customers who opt for Xpress Ship. Xpress Ship items are pre-verified and stored at Verification Centers, ensuring they are shipped within three business days of placing the order. The second option, pay monthly, enables payments over six, 12, or 24 months, with a variable APR. To utilize PayPal Pay Later for a StockX purchase, ensure your StockX app is updated to version 5.7.23 or newer, and then select the Pay Later installment options button during the checkout process. Pay in 4 is applicable for purchases between $30 and $1,500, while pay monthly is available for purchases ranging from $199 to $10,000. Gift cards and discount codes are excluded from PayPal Pay Later transactions, and the estimated payment amount does not include taxes and shipping fees.
