Returns & Refund Policy

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. There is no fee for mail-in exchanges or returns made at Happy Returns or a Rothy's retail store. A $4.99 fee will be deducted from mail-in returns. Worn, washed or altered merchandise without tags cannot be accepted. Rothy’s does not accept returns on gift cards, gift for sale items or any items marked final sale.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, Rothy’s is unable to cancel or make changes because of system limitations. If you need a different size, color or style, visit the Returns & Exchanges page for an exchange or return of unworn products.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Rothy’s offers four different shipping methods. Free shipping, the default for all orders, takes five to seven business days, standard shipping is $8 and takes three to five business days, expedited shipping is $25 and takes two to three business days, and rush shipping is $35 and takes one to two business days.
