Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final on Poshmark, but buyers can open a case within three days of delivery if they don't receive the item or if it doesn't match the listing. Returns are not accepted for fit issues, unwanted items or delayed delivery. If the received item is not as described, the wrong item, or has other issues, buyers can upload photos, and if verified, Poshmark will facilitate the return process and offer a full refund. To prevent issues, sellers are advised to create detailed and descriptive listings, and buyers are encouraged to review photos and descriptions, asking sellers for additional details if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Once orders are shipped, cancellation is not possible. Orders made through an offer are considered final sale and cannot be canceled due to accidental purchases. However, unshipped orders placed through Buy Now can be canceled within three hours of placement. To cancel an accidental purchase, users can navigate to the Account Tab or profile picture, choose My Purchases, select the specific order, click on Problems/Order Inquiry, opt for Accidental Purchase, and confirm cancellation by selecting Yes.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Poshmark charges a flat rate of $7.97 for expedited shipping on all orders. All orders, excluding electronics, are shipped via USPS one- to three-day Priority Mail. Orders with electronics follow standard two- to five-day delivery using USPS Ground Advantage. Unforeseen USPS issues may cause delays of up to two weeks. Multiple listings from the same closet can be bundled for the same rate of $7.97, provided the total order weight stays below 5 pounds. Any additional costs for exceeding this weight are paid by the seller.

Referral Program

When your friends sign up using your Poshmark username as the personal invite code, they receive $10 in Posh credit. When your friend makes a purchase over $5,, you'll be notified, and as a thank-you for spreading the Posh love, you'll receive $10 in Posh credit. There's no limit to how much you can earn.
