Shipping

New York & Company ships to the U.S., Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. They offer Economy and Standard shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. Economy shipping is available through UPS for $7.99. If you'd like to upgrade to Standard shipping through UPS, you can do so for an upgraded charge of $9.99. It’s easy to qualify for free Economy shipping at New York & Company. All you have to do is place an order of $100 or more. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available through USPS for $9.99. Unfortunately the free shipping offer does not apply to Standard shipping options or for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. New York & Company allows returns for a refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all price tickets attached. Some items like shapewear and “Final Sale” products are not eligible for return. If you use the prepaid label that comes with your order, a $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your return amount. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Rewards

New York & Company doesn’t have a traditional rewards program for frequent shoppers. Instead, the New York & Company rewards program, RunwayRewards, is available to New York & Company credit cardholders. If you are approved for this credit card, you enjoy cardholder benefits like rewards of $10 to $20 for every $200 spent, birthday perks, faster shipping and early access to exclusive deals.
