Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, Michael Kors accepts the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included within 30 days of shipment. You can return your items in-store or by mail. If returning by mail, you must include the original Michael Kors receipt, invoice or gift receipt to qualify for a full refund. Some items are not accepted for returns, including swimwear, underwear, custom-made items and Clearance items.
