Shipping Policy

Lulus provides free standard shipping (seven to eight business days) on orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, Lulus charges a flat rate of $5.

Lulus also offers faster shipping for an additional fee, including three-day shipping (flat rate of $9), two-day shipping ($18) and one-day shipping ($25).

Return Policy

The Lulus return policy lets you return qualifying items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns sent within 10 days of delivery are eligible for free return shipping; returns sent after 10 days of delivery will have a $7 return fee deducted from your refund.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed with tags and any hygienic liners attached. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Gift Cards

Lulus gift cards are sent via email to recipients in digital form. Gift cards are available in any denomination, and can be customized with a design and a personal message.

The Lulus email signup discount is good for 15% off a future order. After signing up for Lulus e-newsletter, you’ll receive the 15% discount, in addition to promotional emails throughout the year.

Rewards

The Lulus Rewards program is called Love Rewards. The program is free to join, and lets members earn one point per $1 spent at Lulus. In addition, members can earn points for things like following Lulus on social media or signing up for its email newsletter.

Love Rewards is made up of four membership tiers: Member (0 to 299 points), Insider (300 to 699 points), Icon (700 to 1499 points) and All Access (1,500+ points). As members earn more points, they move to higher membership tiers and unlock one-time new-status discount, plus other perks—including early access to promotions, priority back-in-stock notifications, exclusive offers and more.
