To mail a return to Kay Jewelers, follow these steps:

1. Securely package the item with the original documents, including your packing slip with an explanation of why you are making the return.
2. Affix the pre-paid, pre-printed return label on the package.

If approved, credit should be issued to your original payment method, minus delivery fees, within three weeks after your return is received.
