Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for items purchased directly from the Stanley website within the last 30 days. The returned item must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Customized products are not eligible for returns. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or damaged upon receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

After checkout, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or canceled. When you receive your order, you may return the order using the company’s return policy. Customized products are not eligible for returns or cancellations.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Stanley ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, with processing and shipment conducted promptly. Sales events, holidays and inclement weather may cause potential delays. Customers receive email notifications once their orders are processed for shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and commence from the dispatch date. Expedited shipping options are currently not offered.

Built for Life Warranty

Stanley stands by its commitment to quality with a lifetime warranty on products, ensuring they are free from material and workmanship defects at the time of purchase. The warranty covers thermal performance degradation and applies when products are used and cared for as directed. It's applicable exclusively to items bought from Stanley or authorized sellers. Exclusions from coverage include damages resulting from natural disasters or accidents, non-stainless-steel parts, fake products, normal wear and tear, and defects due to failure to follow care instructions or post-purchase modifications. This warranty lasts the product's entire life, and Stanley may request proof of purchase or return of the defective item. In the event of a covered warranty, Stanley will, at its expense, repair or replace the product with a comparable one currently manufactured. Distributors, resellers and retail stores cannot alter the exclusive warranty's terms and conditions. Stanley is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, subject to state laws. To initiate a warranty claim, customers can submit a claim form on the company's website.
