Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Once orders are shipped, cancellation is not possible. Orders made through an offer are considered final sale and cannot be canceled due to accidental purchases. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Poshmark charges a flat rate of $7.97 for expedited shipping on all orders. All orders, excluding electronics, are shipped via USPS one- to three-day Priority Mail. Orders with electronics follow standard two- to five-day delivery using USPS Ground Advantage. Unforeseen USPS issues may cause delays of up to two weeks. Multiple listings from the same closet can be bundled for the same rate of $7.97, provided the total order weight stays below 5 pounds. Any additional costs for exceeding this weight are paid by the seller.
