Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is prompted by a quality issue. The return window extends up to 30 days from the receipt of all items. To qualify for a return, items and any accompanying free gifts must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Swimwear returns are accepted only if the hygiene liner remains intact. Unfortunately, returns for items such as lingerie, water bottles, hair accessories, glasses, hats, socks, jewelry, or masks cannot be accommodated due to hygiene considerations.
